Some movements (Intro)


Choose your movement and prepare a speech based on:

  • A voluntary movement from the body, possible disorders in the area and treatment (therapy.)
  • List the muscles involved
  • Explain the actioning order the muscles involved (movement <<steps>>)
  • Prepare a demonstration in class (using your classmate as example)
  • Possible causes of the disorder (in the affected area)
  • Possible treatments for the disorder
